  • Yes. The bowl height and dispensing rate are tuned for cats and small-to-medium dogs. Larger breeds can use it comfortably as a water station and a top-up feeder.

  • No. Both the food and water sides work by gravity, so there are no cords, batteries or motors - and nothing to fail while you're away.

  • Every part that touches food or water detaches without tools and is dishwasher-safe. We recommend a rinse every few days and a full clean weekly.

  • Try it at home for 30 days. If your pet doesn't take to it, contact us and we'll arrange a return.
